When you entered your user name and password earlier, you 'signed in.'
This allowed you to view subscriber-only content.
Signing Out removes your Sign In information from your computer. The
next time you access content in JACC Online, you will
need to re-enter your User Name and Password, even if you selected
"Auto Sign In" on the Sign In page.
If you use a computer that others have access to, we strongly
recommend that you sign out when you are done using JACC Online.
If you do not, then others can modify your account and
take over your subscription.
It is quite likely that you do not want this to happen, so we
recommend that you sign out once you are finished using
JACC Online. For the length of your subscription, you
can always sign back in and view subscriber-only content whenever
you wish.
