Figure 2 Correlation Between Plasma F11R and TNF-alpha Levels

There was a very strong and highly significant correlation (r = 0.84; p < 0.0001) between the plasma levels of tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-alpha and F11 receptor (F11R) in the entire cohort of patients, consistent with the in vitro observations that TNF-alpha increases the expression of F11R in cultured endotheial cells (6).
