Time "off" refers to 3 h after the infusion was stopped (solid lines = systolic blood pressure change; dashed lines = diastolic blood pressure change; green = placebo; red = nesiritide). p < 0.05 versus placebo at 6 and 12 h for systolic blood pressure, and at 3 h for diastolic blood pressure.
