The steady-state free precession images depict the 4-chamber view in diastole (A) and systole (B). Prominent regional wall motion abnormalities were observed at the outflow tract, mid-free wall, and apex of the right ventricle. Arrows point to the mid-free wall aneurysm. In the turbo spin-echo image (C), black arrows indicate areas of myocardial fat. (D) Late enhancement at the septum, inferoseptal junction, and inferolateral left ventricular wall (white arrows). Angiography showed minor nonobstructive coronary artery disease.
