The video files demonstrate an example of a 48-year-old male patient with akinesia of the posterolateral wall on magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) (Video 1, short-axis view), multislice computed tomography (MSCT) (Video 2, short-axis view), cineventriculography (Video 3, left anterior oblique view), and transthoracic echocardiography (Video 4, short-axis view). Please note that the temporal resolution is better with MRI, whereas spatial resolution is improved with MSCT.
