Neonatal cardiac myocytes were loaded with tetramethylrhodamine ethyl ester (Video 1), chloromethyl-2,7-dichlorodihydrofluorescein diacetate (Video 2) or rhod-2 (Video 3). C = control cells; H = cells exposed to 50 µmol/l H2O2; SFA = cells pretreated with 100 µmol/l SFA for 30 min, followed by 50 µmol/l H2O2. The interval between each frame is 2 min, and the entire time course is 60 min each for Video 1 and Video 3 and 30 min for Video 2.
