BCPA = bidirectional cavopulmonary anastomosis; BTS = modified Blalock-Taussig shunt; CHB = Children's Hospital Boston; D/C = discharge; OSH = outside hospital; RV-PA = right ventricle to pulmonary artery shunt; S1P = stage one palliation; 2V repair = biventricular repair.
