(A) A temporal gradient of at least 70 ms between the distal and proximal bipoles on the map electrode is observed. (B) Possible mechanism underlying activation gradient between the distal and proximal bipoles. A mapping catheter lies across a small re-entry circuit, which plays a driving role.
