Lower graphs show results of densitometric analysis. The ratio of atrial natriuretic factor (ANF), brain natriuretic peptide (BNP), or ß-myosin heavy chain (ß-MHC) to glyceraldehyde 3 phosphate dehydrogenase (GAPDH) in a normal hamster was expressed as 1. Orange, blue, and red bars represent normal, rAAV/LacZ, and rAAV/ASK N(KR) hamsters, respectively (n = 3 for each group). *p < 0.05 versus rAAV/LacZ,  p < 0.05 versus normal hamsters.
