Technetium-99m tetrofosmin single-photon emission computed tomography polar maps of a patient with stress-induced ischemia in the inferolateral myocardium at baseline (left). Three months after intramyocardial injection of autologous bone-marrow-derived mononuclear cells there is a reduction in the extent of stress-induced ischemia (middle).
