Apolipoprotein-E–deficient mice received an IP injection of 10 mg/kg/day (n = 8), 20 mg/kg/day (n = 7), or 25 mg/kg/day (n = 5) naloxone, or phosphate-buffered saline (n = 8) for 10 weeks. The results are expressed as mean values ± SD.
