Figure 3 ECG changes in the Brugada syndrome. ST elevation occurs in the anterior precordial leads, leads V1 and V2. Type 1 (coved) ECGs with  1 mV of ST elevation have the most prognostic significance. ECG recordings may change over time, as in this example, and serial ECGs may be important.
