Figure 10 The incidence of left ventricular (LV) dyssynchrony in patients with narrow QRS complex (<120 ms) or wide QRS complex (>150 ms). The LV dyssynchrony is expressed as the extent of dyssynchrony between the septum and lateral wall. Considering LV dyssynchrony >60 ms as significant, the incidence of LV dyssynchrony was 27% in patients with narrow QRS complex as compared to 70% in the patients with wide QRS complex.
