(B) A pinkish-white thrombus on the yellow plaque was observed in the mid-portion of the LCx at baseline (white arrowhead in A). (C) A 12-month follow-up coronary angiogram in the same patient. (D) The thrombus disappeared and a smooth white intima was found (white arrowhead in C). In the quantitative coronary angiogram measurements, %DS at the angioscopic image site (white arrowhead in A and C) increased from 34.5% at baseline to 43.1% at follow-up.
