Figure 5 Hypothetical end-diastolic pressure-volume relationships for normal subjects (red) and two groups with heart failure and normal ejection fraction (HFNEF): subjects with idiopathic hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM+HFNEF, green) and subjects with hypertensive hypertrophy (HTN+HFNEF, blue).
