(A) Western blot showing the effect of mevalonate, farnesyl pyrophosphate (FPP), or geranylgeranyl pyrophosphate (GGPP) on FasL expression in ECs. (B) Mevalonate and GGPP decreased sFasL release by ECs in the presence of atorvastatin (*p < 0.05 vs. atorvastatin).
