There is an error in the data of Table 1. The correct value under Echocardiography, Basal relative wall area, Severe >350 [11], should be 0.97 ± 0.17, not 0.97 ± 1.75. The section of Table 1 where the error occurred is printed correctly below. (Please note: the entire Table 1 is not printed below, just the section where the error occurred). The authors apologize for this error.
