All concentrations are 100 µg/ml. (Bottom) Densitometric analysis of endothlelial NOSIII levels (mean ± SD) representative of six separate experiments. Endothelial NOSIII was significantly decreased in C (*p < 0.01 vs. B) and E (#p < 0.0001 vs. B and C). Similarly, G was significantly decreased compared with F (**p < 0.0004 vs. F).
