The affiliation for Dr. Nagara Tamaki was incorrectly listed. Dr. Tamaki belongs to the Department of Nuclear Medicine, Hokkaido University, School of Medicine, Sapporo, Japan. The correct affiliation is: Nagara Tamaki, MD{dagger}.

The second sentence of the Results section of the Abstract was incorrect. The correct sentence is: Of 24 patients without coronary stenosis or spasm, 22 showed normal BMIPP SPECT (specificity = 92%) and 23 showed normal tetrofosmin SPECT (specificity = 96%).
