Values represent mean ± SEM. The p value refers to the comparison in FBF changes during selective ETA blockade between the two different occasions (left) and during nonselective ETA/ETB blockade vs. selective ETA blockade (right) by analysis of variance. In the latter comparison, there was no significant interaction between treatment (BQ-123 alone vs. combination of BQ-123 and BQ-788) and time of infusion.
