Figure 2 Steady state mRNA levels. All transcript levels are relative to the G3PDH band intensity and normalized to the lane of the normal heart. Groups are N, normal; LVR, left ventricular remodeling and CHF, congestive heart failure. The data indicate that a significant decrease in these transcript levels occurs in CHF.
