Figure 2 Individual patients’ percentage change in PVR with O2 is plotted against percentage change in PVR with NO+RA. Using a 20% decrease in PVR as a marker for responsiveness, some patients responded to one drug only. Neither O2 nor NO+RA identified all patients with pulmonary vasoreactivity.
