Figure 2 Dose distribution by percentages of patients in each treatment group at week 54 (with the last available observation carried forward). Starting dose: 10 mg atorvastatin and simvastatin; 20 mg fluvastatin and lovastatin. All other monotherapy doses: 20 to 80 mg atorvastatin; 40 mg fluvastatin; 40 to 80 mg lovastatin; 20 to 40 mg simvastatin.
