Figure 1 Endoscopic ultrasonographic frame from the esophagus in Patient #2 showing a 5-mm hypoechoic lesion on anterior (left atrial) aspect of the esophagus in a position compatible with an ablation lesion. The lesion is circumscribed within periesophageal tissue.
