To avoid bias, randomization was performed before the physiologic measurement (see text). DEFER = deferral of percutaneous coronary intervention; FFR = fractional flow reserve; PCI = percutaneous coronary intervention; PERFORM = performance of percutaneous coronary intervention; REFERENCE = percutaneous coronary intervention anyway because of ischemic fractional flow reserve.
