The aortas were incubated with control, nitro-2-1,3-benzoxadiazol-4-yl (NBD)-labeled micelles (green), and NBD-labeled immunomicelles (green) and stained with 4’,6-diamidino-2-phenylindole (blue) and R-phycoerythrin-labeled anti-CD68 (red) that stains for macrophages.
