Figure 3 Example of High-Grade In-Stent Restenosis

(A) A conventional coronary angiogram is provided showing the presence of high-grade in-stent restenosis in the proximal part of a stent (Taxus, 3.0 x 24 mm) placed in the left anterior descending coronary artery (arrowhead). (B) A curved multiplanar reconstruction obtained with 64-slice MSCT (Siemens Sensation, kernel B46f) shows the presence of a large obstructing hypodense lesion in the proximal part of the stent (arrowhead), indicating the presence of high-grade in-stent restenosis.
