Figure 5 Hcy Modulates the CD40/CD40L System

The HUVECs were exposed to vehicle control or to 100 µM Hcy for 24 h and then incubated with 500 ng/ml CD40L for 6 h. Cells were harvested, and VCAM-1 expression was measured by flow cytometry.
