Figure 2 Plot of log-hazard versus mismatch (MM) in non-linear terms. The graph indicates a non-significant effect on risk of having a mismatch with an extent 20% compared with 0% (hazard ratio [HR] 0.97, 95% confidence interval [CI] 0.46 to 2.05), whereas the effect is significant when the extent of mismatch exceeds 20% (HR 3.21, 95% CI 1.38 to 7.49).
