Figure 1 Representative tracings of carotid arterial flow. Note that time to thrombotic occlusion (TTO) was longer in a P-selectin-deficient (P^–/–) mouse than in a wild-type (P^+/+) mouse. Spontaneous reflow after total thrombotic occlusion was observed only in a P^–/– mouse but not in a P^+/+ mouse. FeCl₃ = ferric chloride.
