Note some irregularity of the proximal LAD and diffuse narrowing of the distal LAD. There was no significant coronary stenosis. (B) Same patient, with conventional coronary angiography: normal aspect of the circumflex artery (Cx); diffuse wall thickening of the LAD was seen as diffuse narrowing of the coronary lumen.
