Baseline cine (left) shows severe wall thickening abnormality (black arrows) in the anteroseptal, anterior, and apical region. Follow-up cine (right) shows no improvement in the area with transmural hyperenhancement, whereas some improvement can be seen in the areas with non-transmural hyperenhancement (white arrows).
