Figure 1 Strain rate imaging of the septal wall at rest (upper) and during dobutamine stimulation (lower). The color changes from green to yellow for the mid-anterior segment, indicating an increase of contractility. This segment has been shown to be viable by ¹⁸F-fluorodeoxyglucose positron emission tomography.
