The IVUS catheter could not cross the distal part of the lesion. (B) After balloon angioplasty. Angiogram and IVUS image after dilation with a 3.5 x 20 mm balloon. Intravascular ultrasound revealed a dissection and suboptimal dilation at the lesion site (74% residual stenosis). (C) After stent implantation of a 16-mm-long NIR stent.
