Lanes were loaded with 15 µg total RNA from ventricular myocardium and probed specifically for, ß-F1-ATPase, ANT-1 and G3PDH. Samples were taken from the normal heart (N), the heart with postinfarction left ventricular remodeling (R) without failure and the heart with postinfarction left ventricular failure (F) (see text).
