There were no significant differences between groups. B, Flow-mediated dilation expressed as absolute change (mm) from baseline diameter. There is a significant improvement within the omega-3 fatty acids group posttreatment (*p < 0.05) and when compared with placebo posttreatment (**p < 0.05).
