Figure 1 Characteristics of [3H]ryanodine binding to atrial tissue in patients with either atrial fibrillation (AF) or normal sinus rhythm (NSR). In patients with AF, there was a significant depression in the maximum number of binding sites (Bmax) in each atrium (by comparison with the value for the right atrium in patients with NSR).
