Figure 1 Correlation graph of the study population of 85 patients, of the Mitral Regurgitation Index versus the three grades of mitral regurgitation (MR): mild MR (n = 29), moderate MR (n = 27), severe MR (n = 29). All patients with severe MR had an MR Index >1.83 and all those with mild MR had an MR Index <1.67.
