Viewing Multimedia

To view multimedia files in JACC Online, you will need to install the appropriate helper application for the specific file type you wish to view. Your browser must also be configured to recognize the file type and open the file with the appropriate software. Netscape and Microsoft Internet Explorer come already configured to recognize the types of multimedia files used by JACC Online.

 

Windows Users: Please note that you must have video and sound cards and the appropriate driver software. Please consult your computer's owner manual for information on video and software cards/drivers.
